What you need to know before applying.

Finance Your Care User Fee: If your request is approved and you accept a loan offer, Finance Your Care will charge you a fee based on the chart below. We will allow you to finance this fee along with the loan amount requested. But it must be paid prior to your medical services being rendered. Please note: You may be required to pay a portion of this fee upfront. 

Here is the fee schedule:

• Loan amounts up to $9,999.99 / the fee is $375
• Loan amounts from $10,000 to $24,999.99 / the fee is $575 
• Loan amounts of $25,000 and up / the fee is $775
