User Licensing Agreement and Fee Schedule:
Finance Your Care is a subsidiary of Credit Technologies. You will be using our technology with no upfront costs or obligation to accept any loan offer that may be presented. However, if you accept a loan offer, you must abide by the following terms of usage.
- Loan Proceeds: The intended purpose for this loan request is to pay Roller Weight Loss for a procedure with their practice. As such, you CANNOT accept a loan and then use the funds for any other purpose. Doing so may be viewed by the lender as fraud that will make the loan voided immediately and may lead to additional loan or civil charges.
- User Fee: If your request is approved and you accept a loan offer, Finance Your Care / Credit Technologies will charge you a fee based on the chart below. This fee should be added to your requested loan amount when submitting your request to a lender. As such, when the lender sends you the funds, your funding will include our fee. Thus, when you pay Roller Weight Loss for your procedure, you must include our fee. Otherwise, your procedure will be delayed until the fee is collected.
Here is the fee schedule:
- Loan amounts up to $9,999.99 / the fee is $375
- Loan amounts from $10,000 to $24,999.99 / the fee is $575
- Loan amounts of $25,000 and up / the fee is $775
